At Deeper Signals, we're committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security. Today, we're thrilled to announce a significant milestone in this journey: Deeper Signals is now officially Data Privacy Framework certified.

What is the Data Privacy Framework?

DPF is a framework designed to ensure that personal data is handled responsibly, particularly when it comes to international data transfers between the United States, the European Union, and Switzerland. Although Deeper Signals keeps all data of our clients securely within the EU, this certification adds an additional layer of trust for clients who may require cross-border data transfers.

By achieving DPF compliance, we’re able to transfer data from the EU to the U.S. while adhering to GDPR regulations. This certification reinforces our commitment to safeguarding the privacy rights of every client.

Why is it important?

Customers’ trust: Achieving DPF compliance is evidence of our ongoing dedication to protecting our customers' personal data. It demonstrates that we follow global data privacy standards, offering peace of mind that their information is handled with care.

International compliance: For clients who need to transfer data across regions, the DPF allows us to do so while remaining compliant with GDPR.

Enhanced data security: Our adherence to the DPF ensures that we’ve implemented robust data security measures. This reduces the risk of data breaches and misuse, further strengthening our platform's integrity.

The benefits for our clients

While the DPF compliance is not required for our EU clients, since their data remains within the EU, DPF certification provides an additional layer of assurance. It reflects our proactive approach to data protection and our commitment to privacy, security, and transparency across all operations.

At Deeper Signals, our mission is to empower teams and individuals through data-driven insights while prioritizing their privacy. This new certification underscores our ongoing efforts to build secure and compliant solutions for talent management.
