Realistic workplace scenarios that measure judgement in context, answered with sliders, dials and number tiles.
Built on situational judgement methods, work simulations ask participants to weigh trade-offs and set priorities instead of choosing one option, much as they would in a real decision. Scenarios can include images, data tables and text. Scoring is consistent, and the simulations are fully translatable.

Choose or add the demographic questions participants answer, and filter analytics by them.
Admins decide which demographic questions participants answer and can add their own. Analytics can then be filtered and broken down by those questions, and dashboards are managed from one page.
