Following last week's exciting news about the huge update to the Deeper Signals platform, we have yet another feature drop to share.

You can now build your own talent benchmarks on the Deeper Signals platform!

This new feature allows you to map competency frameworks and job profiles onto assessment scores, and create dynamic filters that change the way you develop talent. Use talent benchmarks to debias your development programs, uncover hidden talent, and gain data-driven insights to coach high performing teams.

To use this powerful new feature, there's three easy steps for you to follow.

Step 1: Define your benchmark

To create a benchmark, first choose the assessment dimensions and score cutoffs that describe your desired talent.

For example, discover your most entrepreneurial teams by combining high Curious and Flexible scores from the Core Drivers Diagnostic.

Step 2: Share it with your team

Give your talent benchmark a name, save it to your account, and share it with your colleagues. Your benchmarks are dynamic and applied to future assessment results.

Step 3: Start understanding talent

Apply your talent benchmark and start making better people decisions. Close team gaps with data-driven coaching insights and develop employees against your competency models.
